We are trying to delete some Matome-posts (Reproduction from 2ch threads) in Afikas's blog .
We reported it to blog-masters,companies and some Ads company from E-mail form .
But , blog space masters (or companies ) were reluctant to do it.
I guess that Afikas blogs are source of big profits and they don't want to loss many profits.
Can't you set up a representatives of 転載禁止 report ?
If reports are from representatives , Afikas-blog may delete their posts.
I think that representatives should be Japanese volunteer.
Of course , who understand fair use.
How do you think it ?

やはり要になるものは著作権法です
権利者が著作権法をどう解釈するか
さらに言論の自由をどう考えるかです

お前適当解釈してんじゃねーぞ。何が持ちつ持たれつだよ。著作権法にはそんな規定はないし、
そういう判例もない。完全な違法状態だよ。
ちなみに過去に新聞社から記事削除依頼がきたことはある。
著作権法違反は自己申告である親告罪だから助かってるだけで、ＴＰＰ加盟後に非親告罪になれば、
警察・検察が点数稼ぎで2ｃｈのスレを片っ端からしょっ引く可能性もある。
過去の運営は2ｃｈの著作家違反をスレ立て人のせいにしようとしてたが、2ｃｈが著作権保有を主張し出した今
著作権で訴えられるのは2ｃｈになった。
