and remove alleged infringing content, we first need to be provided with
the information outlined below as stated under Section 16 of our End User
Agreement <URLﾘﾝｸ(www.atlassian.com)
(i) Your physical or electronic signature;
(ii) Identification of the work that you believe is being infringed;
(iii) identification of the item that you think is infringing or needs to
be taken down and sufficient information about where the material is
located (including which website) so that Atlassian can find it;
(iv) Your contact information (such as address, telephone number, or
email);
(v) A statement that you believe in good faith that the item identified as
infringing is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law to be used
by Atlassian; and
(vi) A statement that the information you provide is accurate, and that
(under penalty of perjury), you are authorized to act on behalf of the
owner whose work is being allegedly infringed.
