I have blocked comcast. I did it the draconian way, and not the good way.
I don't have the instruction manual for the correct weapon to solve
the problem.
The blocking system was taken off with good intentions for a Christmas
gift to the people that have not been able to access. Of course bad people took
advantage of this situation.
Since I don't have the instruction manual. I do not have the basic information
to report to the proper ISPs involved to get them to correct their problems.
Probably there is a good and instructive instruction manual, if it exists it is
in Japanese, and my Japanese is just above infant level. URLﾘﾝｸ(jimsan.asks.jp)

So until I get the appropriate information I will troll the server logs, and block
IPs and ISPs the draconian way.
