hostsファイル自身を管理者権限で開いて上書き保存できてる？

で、同じ様な症状っていうのはまったく>>282と同じ手順を実行して行った際に発生した事象ということでおｋ？
hostsファイルの書き方はググればすぐわかるでしょ。
