2つのPCともOperaのバージョンが同じならば
プロファイルフォルダをそっくりそのままコピーで問題ないよ
プロファイルフォルダは２箇所あるからね
XPの場合（vistaや７だったらゴメン）
C:\Documents and Settings\****\Application Data\Opera\Opera
C:\Documents and Settings\****\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera
