Orleans, if line commented, to defalut value is zero. Value skip=1 is old default (0.1.7 and earlier).
Bingo, it's working! Big TNX! Compile this in future, please, reason:
Change this for fix some games, eg:
0 - Default value (skip off)
1 - Fix abnormal slowdown some games (Radiata Stories, Star Ocean 3, etc.)
2 - Fix various gfx bugs (green vertical stripes) some games (Killzone, Final Fight, etc.)
3 - Fix various gfx bugs (double contours, green stripes) partly (God of War 2, Fight Club)
Larger values have no meaning.
