Emitter renovations of a large scale sort (only up to phase 1).
Intel's 'group 1' instructions now use a completely new ModRM/SIB encoder,
along with a nicely object-oriented interface.
I created some macros to retain backward compat for now,
and will continue implementing the rest of the instructions later as I have time.
Also: Removed x86/64 instructions from the emitter.
