Just a small bug fix to the scaleShift and some not very good commenting added.
r40
Fixed the scaleshift problem where is was thinking that the for loop will execute while the condition was false not true XD.
Noticed that the code still is required removing it causes hi-res textures not to show. Tho when i made it just return 0 the textures loaded.
