[主な変更]
・DLInfoDatabase の追加．および [log] を追加．(今回のメイン)
・スレッドタイトルから属性を生成する AtPicture 用の Plugin MD5toSubmit.dll をバンドル．
・KeyOption の $MinResLimit が BoardOption に優先されないバグの修正
・KeyOption に $KeyTag 追加
・Failed Log 等のファイルを Debug レベルによっては作製しないようにした．
・Info 系 Option を default で有効に．
・pre Matched, Match Key Editor のリストに右クリックメニュー．
・Kraken.ini に StorageViewerPath:, DatViewerPath:, SmartViewerPath: 追加
