それ、最新版（FF2.1.2.1.2）のBug（正確にはVistaのBug）らしい。
Just Install this update KB931573( fix a Vista Bug when you reinstall the Os, there are problems with activation),
then re-install the OEM package patch. It will activate again, if your Vista won let you access vista start menu,
gain access to Explorer.exe via Open file in browser, right click and Open and you will have access to the start menu.
Follow this instructions to reset your day's count in Vista
1. Click on the start button and type "Cmd" into the Start Search box.
2. Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to open the command prompt.
3. Type "slmgr -rearm" and hit enter.
4. Reboot the computer.
Then install this update KB931573 and re-install the patch, I use the VISTA AUTOMATIC ACTIVATOR v.FF.2.1.2.1.2.
