こんな感じでエラーが出ます
Linuxの環境の方では問題なく成功したんですが
やはりcygwin環境というのがいけないんでしょうか…
そういえばこの環境-nwオプションでも
emacs: standard input is not a tty
と言って起動しませんがこれも関係ありそうですが、もうお手あげですね
