Bitmap^ bmp = gcnew Bitmap(pictureBox1->Image);
bmp->SetPixel(10, 10, Color::Red);
pictureBox1->Image = bmp;
Imageプロパティの型はImageへのハンドル。
にもかかわらず、341ではコード上Bitmapそのものを渡すようになっている。
本来、BitmapはImageの派生なので、Bitmapのハンドルなら渡せるというわけ。
