すみません、WinAPI呼び出しわかる方いますか？やりたいこと→PeekMessage呼び出し

エラーメッセージ
The type 'MSG' is not defined.
The type 'PeekMsgOption' is not defined.
MSG構造体については
自分の環境(Win2k,VS2005,.Net framework 2.0.50727.42)ではwindowsbase.dllがないようなので
これはXPかVistaを使えってことでしょうかね,..

また、PeekMsgOptionはオンラインのMSDNではほとんど情報がないようです
そもそも、VS2005のF#プロジェクトでは「参照の追加」はできないのでしょうか？
