5.2.10 p4 の以下の記述がメンバへのポインタから整数型への変換を許しているように読める。
"A pointer can be explicitly converted to any integral type large enough to hold it."
でも 3.9.2 p3 に以下の記述がある。
"Except for pointers to static members, text referring to “pointers” does not apply to pointers to members."
"A pointer" も同様に、メンバへのポインタは含まないってことじゃない？
