症状は、コンソール上で実行したときには

と日本語が使えるのに、(print "あ")とだけ書いてあるmain.lispを用意して、
"C:\Program Files\Steel Bank Common Lisp\1.0.6\sbcl.exe" --load main.lisp
とすると、
