私の行った操作は、
１）Arise.zipをデスクトップに解凍。
２）Flex Builder 3の「Workspaceの切り替え？」で、
デスクトップ上のAriseフォルダを指定。
３）Runでコンパイル＆実行
４）下記のエラーが出る
