確かに国(と人種)毎に異なる扱いはしないって言ってるな。
まあyoutubeみたいに、ジャップをnegativeに描く動画は消さない、
南京がどうとか支那人が言ってるのは怪しいぞ、というような動画はさっさと消すというような
ことはしないって程度の意味で、アクセス規制のことではないかもしれんが。
