Basically It's good to suggest someting to her, I think.
At the moment, she (or maybe GyaO also) needs ideas.
Copyrights problems are much easier to handle for the broadcasters.
Especially TV broadcasters have to do almost nothing
without writing few documents and desk works after the programs.
GyaO is not TV campany though,
they must have same kind of plannnings a lot inside.
And must be familier to that treatment, I think.
But I still have other two objections against your idea...
