You're under no obligation to answer this if you don't have any idea
about Taiwanese and Chinese mainlanders, but as you are in a relationship
with a taiwanese girl, I guess you have discussed this topic at least once
with her. My question for you today is, what do you think of Taiwan having a seat
in UN. I'm sure you know America is against Taiwan holding a plebiscite to decide
whether or not Taiwan should be independent officially. America has been putting
pressure on Taiwan. Why? Everyone knows America began the Iraq war in the cause of sawing
the seed of democracy into the ground of Iraq. In a nutshell, America is supposed to
be a biggest supporter of democratic nations. And Taiwan is a democratic nation.
Why do you think America is supporting Communist China instead of Democratic Taiwan?
I'd appreciate it if you could have logical expalanations for this contradiction.
(Personally, logically, America is not a country that thinks highly of democracy from the
begining. American people prefer to be like they are justice, but that isn't true at all. No offence,
but America should stop pushing their standards to the rest of the world.
* I didn't mean to talk about american politics at first, but I can't
think about Taiwan without touching it.)
