Trust me, America may have been founded on immigrants and diversity but we're a long way from being what we preach. We're also more violent and paranoid than other Western nations which is another topic altogether... still, Obama just swept the election primary today, so we may not be all that bad. We're doing better, but there are just so many people and regions here that it's not easy to put a social rest to racism and discrimination. 601:名無しさん@お腹いっぱい。 08/02/10 13:16:25 Fcczn6hZ0 >>598 Of course not. We are just talking about each other's bichy kind of people, aren't we? 602:名無しさん@お腹いっぱい。 08/02/10 13:18:05 /VSnHB2n0 Let's talk about Nick's favourite Nanjing Massacre and have fun. 603:名無しさん@お腹いっぱい。 08/02/10 13:33:04 Fcczn6hZ0 >>600 Just curious to know, what do you think of giving suffrage to those without american nationality? I think there's no problem to give the right to vote if they have American nationality, whether or not their races are. But What if not american people, such as Mexican or Brazilian or Iraqi, speak loudly to insist that it's not fair they aren't given suffrage? They just want to control American govenment to do politics for them? What if they ask for special treatment and perks other American people can't get? It's not acceptable, is it? And this must sound ridicurous, but in japan, there are people who claim to get granted sffrage even though they don't have the nationality of Japan. This isn't anything like discrimination, is it? 次ページ最新レス表示レスジャンプ類似スレ一覧スレッドの検索話題のニュースおまかせリストオプションしおりを挟むスレッドに書込スレッドの一覧暇つぶし2ch
