The Matthew part was weird to me even then, although I knew it was just a strange phase thankfully. Emily used to send me photos of herself in boys clothes, and talk about changing her name to Matthew, which was around the same time of her girlfriend relationship. Go figure. Of course it's hard to believe (trust me I understand), but I don't know how I could make this up on my own.
