I hadn't heard that there was a connection. I thought it was annual.
I don't what to think regarding foreigners or English teachers, etc,
but I think anyone who pulls something like that in a public place
should be really punished! I read the blog of some person who was at
the "party," and it made me a little angry...
I feel bad for the NOVA teachers who didn't get paid!
