何度やってもうｐできないので質問した。

うｐしてから45分以内に出てきたメッセージを処理しろ、だと。
そのメッセージが鯖エラーで出てこなかったのは誰のせいだってんだ。
45分以内に処理できなかったら何もできないなんて、
どう考えても仕様自体がバグだろ。
