The keyboard shortcuts seem to work again after added the following DWORD value to the registry:
UI_EnableBDJKeyboard "0"
in:
HKCU/Software/Cyberlink/PowerDVD8
Maybe this works for others too who experience the problem with the non-working keyboard in PDVD.

ここのフォーラム参考にレジ弄ってみたら仮想BD見れた、でもかなり使いづらい
まずAnuDVD起動→PDVD起動→mdsマウント→自動で読み込むのを待つ
それかファイルモードで読み込むか、でもこんな事するぐらいならこんなのいらねー。
