ツールボックスのフォント種とサイズは
style "gimp-default-style"

の下に
font_name = "MS UI Gothic 11"
メニューは
style "gimp-display-style" = "gimp-default-style"
{
の下に
font_name = "MS UI Gothic 10"
で設定できると思う。要バックアップ
