ShredderがMinefiled相当なのはそうなんだけど、TB3のalpha段階では、覚悟の
できてないユーザーが不用意にダウンロードしないように、あえてShredderの
名前のままで出してた。beta版になって完成度が上がってきたので、Thunderbird
の名前を使うようになった。それで、日々リリースされる開発版をShredderと
呼ぶっていう、本来のあり方に戻ったわけ。
comm-centralは、mozilla-1.9.1ブランチをベースにビルドされるように変更が
加えられたが、comm-central自体はTrunkのまま開発を続けてる。Branchは
リリースが近づいたら実施するそうだが、時期は未定。

A. The work and time remaining for Thunderbird 3, SeaMonkey 2 and
Sunbird/Lightning is significant enough that we consider branching at
this stage to be too early. We will be branching closer to the release.
This will save some management of two individual branches.
