マウスのスクロール量を変える
ロケーションバーに about:config
mousewheel.withnokey で絞り込む。
mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines をダブルクリックして、値を false に変更。
mousewheel.withnokey.numlines をダブルクリックして、表示される入力ボックスに
初期設定値 1→スクロール量の数値を書き込む
firefoxオプション→一般→スムーズスクロールにチェック
