0 と -10 の違いが解らん…
pref menu の下辺りに表示してるグレーっぽいのがそうなのか？
Background じゃなくて PerTrack に移しちゃえば？
あと、コードの順番は Global → Background → PerTrack → PerSecond
としたほうがいい。

よく見ると resize と crop を同時指定してるな。
ボタン画像みたいに切り取りする必要のない画像は crop なるべく指定しない方がいい（と、思う）
