前回、CY7C683008って書いたけど、末尾が8じゃなくてBなら、CY7C68300Bが該当する。
なにしろICの刻印が極度に見にくかったので。それと仮定すると
CY7C68300B。しかしデータシートは非公開。

現在、Aは廃盤で、CY7C68300BかCに置き換えてくれって話になっている。
A → B＆Cの違いは、外付けEEPROMが不要な選択が可能なことと、効率化。ピン互換。
アーキテクチャ的には、頭脳の入れ替えが可能なEZUSB（7C68013とか）に近く、
起動時のUSB-ATA変換の既成ファームがマスクROMになってる感じか。
