ThunderbirdPortable2が出てるよ。
Laungageファイルが追いついてないけど、本家版の[ja.jar]と[ja.manifest]を抜き出して
[ThunderbirdPortable\App\thunderbird\chrome\ja.manifest]に入れれば日本語化できる。
