こんなクソスレの情報など参考にするより海外のセキュリティ関連フォーラムの
情報を参考にした方が遥かに有益な事は言うまでも無い。依然として ESET の
評価は総じて高い。管理者クラスの人達は専ら NOD32 の利用者が目立つしな。
だが確かに Avira と比較して評価を落としている側面も否定出来ない一面がある。
英文については Babylon 等用いて翻訳して見ていったらいい。ところで、暫く振りに
似非検知力テストを見てみたが Webwasher-Gateway が極端に順位を落としてるな。

みなさん様々なご意見ありがとうございました
ひとまず解決したので一応報告しときます
原因はセキュリティソフトのEsetSmartSecurityでした
試しに機能を一時停止してもカクカクは治らず
思い切ってアンインストールしてみたところ嘘のように滑らかに
ESSは軽くていいと思ったのに…

firewallはWin標準、OSはXPSP3、ブラウザはIEなのだがODNやIIJのサイトが見られない状態。
WEBアクセス保護のWEBブラウザのIEのチェックを外すと見られる。
もちろんNODをアンインストールすれば見られる。
ググってみたがIPV6を使わなくするとか他の対策ソフトにするとか根本的な解決策は見つからなかった。
あ、あと"ipconfig /flushdns"も試したがだめだった・・・。
何か解決方法知りませんか？。

ってエラーが出ました・・・

3.0でメールソフトウェアとの統合
アウトルックエクスプレス/Windowsメールと統合をチェックして
アウトルックエクスプレスを起動すると
コンポーネントコントロール、MSIMN.EXEの通信を遮断しました
（別プロセスによるメモリの書き換え）という表示が出て
アウトルックエクスプレスでの送受信ができないんだけど
これを回避するには統合させないようにする以外に方法はないのでしょうかね？

NODが軽いのはアセンブリ言語でプログラムされているからで軽さの質が全く違う
試しに大量の圧縮ファイルをスキャンさせてみろ

少なくとも自分は ESET 製品で問題を抱えた事は一度としてない。
従って操作性とパフォーマンスを最優先に考えるのは当然の話だ。
他のベンダーに乗り換える必要性を全く感じない。海外での人気も
依然としてトップクラス。Avira など足元にも及ばない。それが現状。
俺が思うに実際にはウィルスではないがウィルスとして看做される
クラックパッチ等に対し ESET はスルーする傾向がある。その事が
数字に反映されているかもしれない。パッカーに反応し誤検出する
ベンダーに対して ESET はそういう事は殆ど無い。俺が持つ実感は
真にウィルスの挙動が認められる場合、ESET は確りガードしている
‥という事だ。それらのテスト機関が先に示したクラックパッチの類を
ウィルスとして扱っているかどうか分からないのでは参考にはならない。

2.7から3にしたら起動時にたまーにフリーズするようになった。
再起動すれば問題ないし月に一度か二度のことだから
まぁどうでもいいけど。

NODって、圧縮ファイルを解凍できませんでしたとか壊れてますとか検査できないのが多い。
AntiVirでチェックしてみたら、圧縮ファイルで５個くらいCnsMinとかトロイ関係が見つかったな。

実際に感染するときに防いでくれるのかもしれないけど、事前に見つけてくれないのは
ちょっと不安だったから、今はAntivirのPremium使ってるよ。
