すいません。postgresql-7.2.3で日本語環境が構築できません。
psql -lとしても、EUC_JPとか言語環境がでてきません。
List of databases

./configure --enable-mutibyte=EUC_JP
と指定もしています。
createdb -E EUC_JP test2
/usr/local/pgsql/bin/createdb: /usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_encoding: No such file or directory
createdb: "EUC_JP" is not a valid encoding name
↑こんなエラーもでてます。
