astraの遅い理由。
Comcast is throttling download speeds for heavy users. This seems to
have affected other usenet services as well and is not localised to
Astraweb. Please consider using another broadband provider that
does not throttle or contact Comcast to lodge a complaint.
どうもCOMCASTの影響のようだ。時間帯によってはeuroサーバーが速いぞ。
