チェックアウトを試みた直後にはログ出力はされてないみたいです。
再起動と、ファイル名をtypoした際のログしかありませんねー。

Tortoise SVNのエラーメッセージにはHTTPのバージョンが記載されてないようなので、
telnetで叩いてみましたが、同様に501 Method not Implementedでした。
