I have a version that seems to work on both Leopard and Snow Leopard.
Existing bundles should load fine, providing they are recompiled cleanly.
For instance, PithHelmet doesn't work yet natively in 64-bit mode since I have to get it compiling against the new APIs.
However, I successfully loaded a trivial plugin into a 64-bit Safari.
