.Macの同期を使うのが便利ですが、あえて手動で移行する方法。
以下のファイル（フォルダ）を全てコピー。
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
~/Library/Mail
~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook
~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain
これはあくまで漏れの環境上での話です。
環境によってうまく行かない場合もあるかもしれないので念のため。
