Among the visible differences between Beta 2 and Beta 1, the controversial window manage button positions are unchanged, but the
order of the buttons now runs "close-minimise-maximise", reversing the
order which appeared in the earlier beta version. The installer has been
revamped and now uses WebKit to display a slideshow while installing.
Ubuntu One has gained the ability to synchronise Firefox bookmarks and
mobile contacts and Rythmbox is now supplied with the UbuntuOne Music
Store plugin. Other changes include the use of the new Ubuntu logo
throughout applications.
