別のサーバで動いていたperlプログラムを新しいサーバに移行して動作させたところ
真っ白な画面になってしまい、
以下のエラーが出ておりました。

これってどういう事なんでしょうか？正常な動作をするために何をすればよいか教えてください。
移行前：MiracleLinux4 perl5.005_04 Apache/2.0.52
移行後：CentOS5 perl5.8.8 Apache/2.2.3
DBはpostgresSQL
