ソースは消えてるけど、Wikipediaや他の開発系フォーラムを見る限り、
exFatの実装およびその配布にはマイクロソフトのライセンスが必要らしい。

特許あたりに問題がありそう。
多分黙認してくれると思うけど、コンプライアンス的には駄目だろう。
Linux用のOSS開発プロジェクトもあるみたいだけど、
ロシア語？で読めないので、そのあたりの議論は不明。
Linuxの特許侵害主張はMSの既定路線ではあるんだが。
