cbq.initスクリプトで帯域制御してる人います？

参考にやってみたんだけど

**CBQ: failed to compile CBQ configuration!
とか表示されて動かない…
設定ファイルはCentOS5.3に最初から入ってる /etc/sysconfig/cbq/cbq-0000.example
ですら上のエラーが出るけど、だれかちゃんと動かせてるひといますか。
