結論から言えばインスコ失敗してるだろ
type 0x83は /boot type 0x82は swap
/ パーティションがないんだろ多分
だからインストーラのパーティションの設定よく見直せと書いた。
ちなみに /dev/hda5がうんぬんとずっと言っておるが
そこはswapじゃねの
