pt1 currentへの改良パッチを作ったよ

dmactlalloc.patchとringbuf-vmalloc.patchの2つ(ringbuf.patch、ringbuf2.patchは参考用)
1. dmactlalloc.patch
PT1_DEVICEのdmactlのメモリ確保方法へのパッチ
2. ringbuf-vmalloc.patch
pt1_thread内のバッファオーバーフローへの対応と、_PT1_CHANNELのbufの取扱いをリングバッファ
化し、vmallocでメモリ確保するようにパッチ
動作確認はCentOS 5.3 x86_64(kernel 2.6.18)
