ここで質問していいか分からないですが、どなたか教えてください。
ubuntuでNTFSconfingToolを使い、WinXPOS（壊れたOS？）の入ったHDDからデータを取り出そうと思ったのですが、
ボリュームをマウント出来ませんでしたと出てその先に進むことが出来ません。
環境は内臓HDDを外付けHDDとしてUSB接続している状態です。
HDD自体は物理的には破損してないと思うのですが・・・
一応、詳細に出てる英語

Choose one action: Choice 1: if you have Windows then disconnect the external devices.
by clicking on the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon in the Windows taskbar then shutdown Windows cleanly.
Choice 2: if you don`t have Windows then you can use the'force' option for
your own responsibility. For example type on the command line:
mount -t ntfs-3g/dev/sdb1/media/disk -o force Or add the option to the
relevant row in the /etc/fstab file: /dev/sdb1 /media/disk nfts-3g force 0 0
