＞ATI公式からCatalyst落として入れた？
Catalystってのが↓からのビデオドライバなら
URLﾘﾝｸ(ati.amd.com)
DLして「su」して入れた。そのままだとNGなのでダミーの「xorg.conf」を/etc/X11配下に入れてね。

当然最後はコンソールから↓のコマンドもやっている。
# aticonfig --initial -f
しかし再起動すると画面が真っ黒・・・に何度か遭遇したよorz
Fedora8の時もこの手の質問して結局「# aticonfig --initial」で自己解決したけど
流石にFedora10はひどすぎ。新バージョンが同一のハードで旧と同様に動かないとはね。
実績のあるビデオカードを買ってくるか他のトリに乗り換えるかの選択肢だね。
