回避できる理由は、
-QueryConnect

or reject incoming connections.
なのかな？。
でも、なんでCent4機では -query 127.0.0.1 で普通に動いてるんだろう…。
謎は残るけど、とりあえず解決出来て嬉しいですぅ～。
