git.hogehoge.comというＶｉｒｔｕａｌｈｏｓｔで公開した場合
アパッチの設定ってどういう記述すればいいんでしょうか？

っていう記述だと、中においてるスクリプトファイルが反応して.gitフォルダにアクセス出来ないようなんですが・・・
