おかげさまで一般ユーザにてwineinstallを動作させることはできました。
しかしながらまた何かおかしいらしく。Xの設定がいけない？

Install the X development headers and try again.
VMware上のLinuxにWine入れようとしてるからですかね？
Linux使うときはフルスクリーンであたかも実機のように使うのでWinのアプリが
使いたいときにWinに戻すのは億劫に思えまして。
