このページの install instruction の通りにして，FC5 に
xorg-x11-server-Xgl-1.1.99.1-3
compiz-1.0.0-4
を入れて使ってみた．ほぼ安定して動いて，とても気に入った
のだけど，audio edit ソフトの audacity-1.2.4 などいくつかの
アプリケーションが error message を出して，
xorg-x11-server-Xgl + gnome + compiz 上で起動できなかった．
audacity の出す error message は，
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
serial 486 error_code 8 request_code 129 minor_code 3
Gdk-ERROR **: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
serial 490 error_code 8 request_code 129 minor_code 3
というもの．
原因はよくわからないけれど，どうやら gtk-1.2 (gdk-1.2) を
使っているアプリケーションが起動できない様子．
こういうものなのでしょうか．それともこれらのアプリケーションを
この環境で起動できるようにする方法ってありますか？
