Using DHT

ここを見ているんですが，
After finding the first responsive DHT node,
rtorrent will bootstrap its DHT routing table from it.
When this is complete, you will see the log message
"DHT bootstrap complete, have ## nodes in ## buckets."
From this point on DHT is usable for announces.
The DHT routing table is cached in the session
directory so the bootstrap process only needs
to happen the first time you use DHT.
