Oops! That fails to install skim(??), so:
3- install skim (I prefer to do it from the console, as root):
apt-get install skim
4- Logout, restart X (ctrl+alt+backspace)
5- Login, start skim (from utilities menu)
6- Kubuntu guide, step 4
7- From the console, type
mkdir .xinput.d
cp /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/scim-anthy ~/.xinput.d/default
8- This make possible to write on qt applications:
apt-get install scim-qtimm
9- Oops! wired dccop error, so as root type
mv /etc/X11/Xsession.d/90im-switch /etc/X11/Xsession.d/98im-switch
